The official portal is ehrms.upsdc.gov.in. Everything to do with your account, your leave and your service record happens there, not here.

We write our guides from the portal’s public pages, official departmental instructions and the official app listing. The portal changes, and departments issue new orders — so a step that was right when we published it may not be right today. Check the date on the page, and confirm anything important with your office before you act on it.

Some things genuinely differ by department, including the default password format and filing windows. Where that is the case we say so rather than giving one answer that suits nobody.

We cannot access your record, reset your password, or influence a decision on your leave or transfer. Nothing here is legal or service-rule advice.

We will never ask for your Employee ID, password or OTP. If any page or message claims to be us and asks for those, it is not.
