Privacy Policy

We collect very little, and we do not want your login details.

What we do not collect. We have no login system, no registration, and no forms that ask for your Employee ID, password, OTP, Aadhaar or bank details. We never ask for them, and you should not send them to us.

If you email us. Your email address and whatever you write in the message reach us at support@manavsampaadaup.com. We use it to reply and nothing else. We do not sell it, share it or add you to a mailing list.

Server logs. Like most websites, our host records basic technical information when a page loads — IP address, browser, device type, the page requested and the time. This is standard hosting activity and we use it only to keep the site working.

Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics to see which pages get read and how people move through the site. It sets cookies and collects usage data such as approximate location, device and browser, pages viewed and time on page. We see this as totals and trends, not as individuals, and we cannot identify you from it. Google processes this data under its own privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy. You can opt out with Google’s browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, or block cookies in your browser settings.

We also use Google Search Console, which reports on how our pages appear in search results. It places no cookies on your device.

Advertising. We are not running Google AdSense or any ad network at present. If we add advertising later, those services will set their own cookies and collect usage data under their own policies, and we will update this page before they go live.

Links to other sites. We link to ehrms.upsdc.gov.in and other government pages. Once you leave our site, their privacy policies apply, not ours.

Children. This site is written for serving government employees and is not directed at children.

Changes. If this policy changes, the updated version appears here with a new date.
