We usually reply within a few working days. We are an independent site, so we cannot reset a password, unlock an account, correct a service record, or approve leave. Only your department can do those.

For official help: use the portal at ehrms.upsdc.gov.in, or speak to your nodal officer or DDO. For teachers, that route runs through your head of institution, the BEO and the BRC office. The support address listed on the official Manav Sampada app on Google Play is sokarmik5@gmail.com.

We will never ask you for your Employee ID, password or OTP.
