About Us

Manav Sampaada UP is an independent guide to the Manav Sampada eHRMS portal used by Uttar Pradesh government employees at ehrms.upsdc.gov.in.

We put the steps in one place so you do not have to hunt through circulars or ask a colleague every time.

• What we cover: logging in, applying for leave, leave balance and joining requests, salary slips, the e-Service Book, finding your Employee ID through the Fact Sheet (P2), transfer orders, attendance lock, the property return, the office list, and the official mobile app.
• How we write it: we use the portal’s own public pages, official departmental instructions, and the official app listing on Google Play. Where instructions differ between departments, we say so instead of picking one and stating it as a rule. Where a figure or a date comes from a government order, we say which one.

We are not connected to NIC, UPSDC or the Government of Uttar Pradesh. We do not log anyone in, and we cannot access, change or correct anybody’s service record. For anything that needs a change in the system, your nodal officer or department office is the right place.
